Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days when items are in stock. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

For U.S. orders, delivery is typically expected within 4–10 business days, although actual timing can vary by destination, carrier, service level, inventory location, weather, and other conditions outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout before the order is completed. Where a free-shipping promotion or threshold applies, the eligible option will be shown at checkout. The checkout total is the controlling shipping charge for the order.

International shipping availability depends on the destination and products ordered. When available, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges may be imposed by the destination country and, unless checkout specifically states otherwise, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Once fulfillment has started or an order has shipped, an address change may not be possible. Carrier delays and customs delays can occur.
