Return Policy: 30 Days | Damage & Defect Guarantee: 60 Days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days at therikenature@outlook.com with photos. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns require an RMA number — contact us before shipping. Allow up to 8 business days to process your refund once received.
