Shipping Policy


We ship within two business days of payment, usually sooner.

Expedited shipping takes between 2-4 business days (plus 2 handling days)

We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS etc

Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of an item in a warehouse near your location. Items not available in the closest warehouse will ship from the next closest one and will possibly affect delivery time.

Please note transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

Products may be shipped separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times.

We may charge an extra shipping fee when orders are from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and international. Please contact us for more information.


If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) your order will be returned to us and you will not be eligible for a full refund (actual shipping and return shipping charges will apply).

Also you will not be eligible for a refund for lost items due to wrong address provided.
