MATCHA LAYERED CHEESECAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Gelatin 15 g
  • Cream cheese 400 g
  • Biscuit 140 g
  • Sugar 120g
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 400 g
  • Melted butter 80g
  • Matcha green tea powder 2 tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Heavy cream 400ml

PREPARATION
