These Terms and Conditions apply to use of The Rike website and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below.

Store information and product listings

The Rike works to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Product information, pricing, promotions, and availability may change without notice. If a material error is discovered in an order, The Rike may contact the customer to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order as appropriate.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and determining whether a product is suitable and lawful for their intended use and destination.

Orders and payment

Returns, refunds, damage, and defects

Order changes and cancellations

Customers should contact The Rike as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. A request cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. If shipment can no longer be stopped, the applicable Return Policy governs any subsequent return request.
