30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Contact us at support@therike.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Please allow up to 8 business days to process your refund once we receive the return.
60-Day Damage & Defect Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you have 60 days from delivery to contact us. Email support@therike.com with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us and we will help arrange the return and ship your new item immediately to reduce wait time.
Non-Returnable Situations
Items cannot be returned if they are damaged due to misuse, tampering, customer modification, or normal wear and tear. Some items may be noted as non-returnable on their product page.
