*Saluyot Infusion Preparation: Use a 1:10 ratio of dried, crushed saluyot leaves to deionized or distilled water. Gently heat the mixture to 75°C (167°F) and hold at that temperature for 20 minutes to extract the beneficial mucilage and phytonutrients without degrading them. Strain through a fine filter (e.g., 100-micron filter cloth) to ensure a clear, particle-free liquid.
1. In the main sanitized manufacturing vessel, combine all Phase A ingredients (Saluyot Infusion, Rosemary Hydrosol, Vegetable Glycerin). Begin gentle mixing.
2. In a separate, smaller vessel, combine all Phase B ingredients (Apple Cider Vinegar, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein). Stir until the panthenol and protein are fully dissolved.
3. Slowly add the contents of the Phase B vessel to the main vessel (Phase A) under continuous, low-shear mixing. Mix until the batch is completely homogenous.
4. Allow the batch to cool to below 40°C (104°F). This is critical to avoid compromising the preservative and essential oils.
5. Once cooled, add the Phase C ingredients one by one, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Add the Geogard ECT preservative first
